Bear Creek Watershed Map The detailed and accurate Bear Creek Watershed map was created by Allan Cartography of Medford with the help of countless agencies and organiztions as a fundraiser for the Bear Creek Watershed Education Partners. It covers the 395 square miles of the Bear Creek Watershed plus the surrounding areas, stretching from the Cascade/Siskiyou National Monument, at its headwaters, to its confluence with the Rogue River at the base of Table Rock. The map displays all streams, drainages and elevations in the watershed. Over 1000 hours of The map shows relationships between natural boundaries and stream systems in the urban Rogue Valley. Fish distributions througout Bear Creek and its tributaries are displayed on the map. Steelhead, rainbow trout and cutthroat trout are present in many of the tributaries of Bear Creek, and Coho and Chinook salmon are in the main stem of Bear Creek. Retail sales of the map will raise funds to support BCWEP watershed education programs. Laminated maps are $25; nonlaminated $15.
